Really comfortable and everything you need is in the box - two charging cables, a charging block, two controllers, and the pair of slippers. The controllers pop off magnetically so you can charge them separately from the slipper itself, which honestly makes the whole thing so much easier to live with day to day.

My heels always ache after a long day on my feet. I used to have to lie down flat to use a red light panel, but these slippers are so much more practical - just plug them in, sit back, and go. The warmth is gentle and relaxing. After several sessions my heel pain has really eased up.

I picked these up for plantar fasciitis but ended up wearing them for way more than that. On rough days I'll rest them on my lower back for a bit and the warmth really helps loosen things up.
