At Luminweave, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us Direct by filling Contact form with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at altavorgroup@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
